Slept late this morning and after feeding the horse, dogs, chickens and daughter I pulled on my running shorts and headed out for a run. I was generally following my 10-12 mile route but made a couple of spontaneous turns and ended up running 13. I felt great for all but a 1/2 mile around mile 10 when I developed a side stitch. With temperatures in the low 60s there were lots of folks out running, walking and riding. I was even escorted by a large bulldog for 3/4 mile or so. I logged 70 miles for the week even taking a day off on Wednesday. I'm going to play with the concentrations and amounts of Carbo-Pro to see if there is a combination that will work. My stomach is now the only thing between me and 3 hours.
