Ran 10 miles this morning. I felt tired, left the watch at home and it seemed to take forever. I think the heat and humidity was just oppressive and kind of dampened my enthusiasm. Now that Ruth Anne is running again, we have to negotiate times for running on the mornings we both need miles. Tomorrow she needs 12 and I'm planning 15. If Anne can watch Eileen then we can run at the same time otherwise, one of us ends up running in the heat. Ugh.
